- We usually ship orders with UPS or Royal Mail – tracking references will be emailed to the address you used to make the purchase on our website
- Deliveries will usually be made within 1 working day after you place your order [excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays]
- European Standard Delivery is free first class or next day delivery.
- Your order can be delivered anytime between 7 am and 7 pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
- Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in packaging along with your Name & Address., and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your parcel is damaged in transit, defective or not fit for purpose, for any other reason of return any postage costs must be covered by yourself.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, exchange or refund. Please allow at least twenty eight (28) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
